My mother had her bottom lock changed by this sour man. He failed to tell her that her door jam was too wide and anyone could break in anyhow with a credit card. When I called him and inquired why he didn't tell her he said"that isn't his job". Well his whole advertising credibility is security so...why isn't it part of his job? He chArged $150 for 2 bottom door knobs a monkey could change. He really took advantage of a 75 year old while I was away. Never again.
I am responding to the negative post by A. Ogunmesin. The story is very one sided. The mother called at the close of day and had to have the job done immediately since she was going to the hospital. She did not want the deadbolts changed which shows she was not locking them. They could not have been opened with a credit card. Then the daughter (who is supposed to be a home health professional) did not tell the locksmith who responded that her mother's house had bedbugs which he got while changing the locks. Then she took her mother to the hospital to spread the bedbugs further. In checking her other reviews she has only posted two reviews and both are extremely negative. I would take this review with a HUGE grain of salt.
